If you are in need of food or assistance outside of food, we are here to journey with you.
We make sure that fresh produce, non-perishables, dairy, meat, whole grains, and other healthy foods are available to all.

We primarily serve the 53202, 53203, 53211, 53212, and 53217 zip codes.

For FoodShare Users - Government Shutdown and FoodShare Delay
FoodShare benefits are delayed for November.
You may use any benefits currently on your EBT card in November.
FoodShare members have been notified via text and email communication.
DHS will send communication after the shutdown is over, notifying members when benefits are available. Members should ensure their contact information (mailing address and email) are current using access.wi.gov.
WIC, BadgerCare and Medicaid are still funded as of now.

Documents needed for Identification (adults):
Both of the following:
A current picture ID for every adult in household, including adult children 18 and older who live in the same household
Address verification for every adult in household: rent receipt, any bill sent to your address, other mail
*Note: Forward Cards and Social Security Cards are not acceptable forms of ID.
Documents needed for Identification (children):
One of the following:
Food Share (food stamps) benefits letter
Notice of Decision letter from Milwaukee County
Most recent school report card or progress report
Recent mailing from school address: “To the Parent(s) of ___” (with child’s name)
For children under 6 years old only: Birth certificate, birth announcement, or immunization records are required.

Team Stride will partner with you to navigate community resources.
We help make referrals and connections to other organizations that help with:
housing & utility resources
job training programs
employment assistance
mental health connections
We will walk with you and spend time assisting you in your need.
