Dan joined Fiduciary Management, Inc. in 2021. He is the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and a partner at the firm. Dan oversees the compliance program and operational efforts. Prior to joining FMI, Dan was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (2005-2007) and then a Private Equity Controller at B.C. Ziegler & Company (2007-2011). In 2011 he joined Northwestern Mutual (2011-2017) where he would eventually serve as an Assistant Compliance Director. Dan had most recently worked as the Chief Financial and Compliance Officer of Landaas & Company, LLC (2017-2021). He has a BSBA in Accounting from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the AICPA, the WICPA, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin. Dan joined the Kinship Board in 2023, for the second time, and serves as Treasurer of the Board, Chair of the Finance Committee, and on the Executive Committee.
