Summer Salsa

INGREDIENTS 

  • FEATURED: 5 mangoes chopped

  • 2 ½ bell peppers chopped

  • ½ watermelon chopped

  • 6 limes

  • ¼ a bush of cilantro

  • 1 pineapple chopped finely

  • ½ bottle of Penzy’s Salsa and Pico seasoning 

Number of Servings: 8-10


DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces

  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Squeeze the juice from the limes into the bowl and mix evenly throughout

  5. Enjoy with tortilla chips or the chip of your liking!
