INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 Tbsp. milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 eggs (well beaten)

  • 3 bananas (mashed)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla, until you have a creamy consistency

  3. Combine the above mixture with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until mostly smooth

  4. Pour into a well-greased bread pan

  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Can tell when done when a toothpick comes out clean.
