Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (well beaten)
3 bananas (mashed)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ cup chopped walnuts
Number of Servings: 14
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla, until you have a creamy consistency
Combine the above mixture with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until mostly smooth
Pour into a well-greased bread pan
Bake for 60-70 minutes. Can tell when done when a toothpick comes out clean.
